About Abelssoft

Abelssoft GmbH is based in northern Germany. Our headquarters is located in Delmenhorst and we have a secondary office in Oldenburg, too. Both offices are located in Lower Saxony, Germany.

Since 1994 we are developing and selling software as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV). Our products are distributed to end users and are sold worldwide. Our software products have been translated into 14 different languages.

Company Activities

Software Development for End Users

We are one of the leading providers of Windows-Tools in Germany. Our software program WashAndGo and its precessor Cleany has allowed us to collect more than 14 years of experience in developing system optimization software. All our programs are targeting end customers and are characterized by extraordinary high quality and by an easy-to-use user interface.

IT Consulting and International Projects

Beside our software distribution, we are offering IT consulting services to international IT companies. For our main customer in Amsterdam we are involved into several European research projects allowing us to keep in touch with cutting-edge technologies and to continuously improve our skills. Our high knowledge allows us to provide highest quality and to solve most complex problems.

Distribution and Sales

As a modern IT company, we are extensively using the advantages of the internet. This allows us to offer all our programs to end users directly without having to rely on third party selling channels. We provide a multi lingual online store which allows our customers to securely buy licenses. We support many different payment options and we accept all major credit cards. Our software licenses are usually delivered within minutes after buying.

Adminstrative Management

Abelssoft has been founded by Dr. Sven Abels, who is now acting as the CEO. Dr. Abels holds a masters degree (diplom) in Computer Science. He studied within as low as 7 terms, which means that he has been the fastest computer science student ever graduated from the University of Oldenburg, Germany. His thesis has been awarded with the highest possible mark. In addition to this, Dr. Abels holds a PhD in Business Information Systems from the University of Oldenburg, which he received in early 2006.
Dr. Abels has received several awards and honors within the last years. He is known as one of the leading German experts in e-Business and Interoperability. Dr. Abels has been added to the international ‘Who-is-Who’ directory in the area of ‘Science and Engineering’ in 2008.
